TERASA HATI

Tidak dinafikan saya agak pesimis dgn agensi kerajaan. Cukupla layanan ngeri masa di undergraduate dulu. Mungkin ramai pembaca pernah alami perkara yg sama. Kerani2 kaunter di kolej kediamanan dn fakulti yg mcm singa, pegawai yg berlagak, adoi, meluat kalau nk cerita. Mcmmana tak meluat, ada sekali tu nk ambilkan kad metrik kawan, pegawai tu (dari negeri yg tut) duk ckp: dia byr awak ke... huh pangkah pen merah!

This is another story. An online aplication at a M'sia public uni for postgrad study that are not always be accessible. A month after officer N emailed me and inform she cannot view my uploads. so she asked me to attach the certs. ok fine.

then, the offer letter sent to me through email. however, the offer letter is for sem 1 2010 eventhough my app is for sem 2. i email her again requested for new offer letter. no reply.

during education fair luckily the deputy dean was at the booth. i inform her that i would like to register a day later than the valid period of offer letter. she asked me to email that officer N and cc to her. I sent a week after that meeting and until now no answer.

Am I ready to reexperience life at public university? while oversea uni answered email less than a week, this so called research university (RU) did not reply at all. I guess technology did not contribute much to RU's efficiency.
